**📦 Eligibility for Returns:**  

To be eligible for a return:

- The item must be **unused**, **unopened**, and in its **original packaging**

- You must provide **proof of purchase**

- Sale or discounted items are **non-refundable**

**💸 Refunds:**  

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

- We’ll notify you via email

- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

**🚫 Non-returnable items:**  

Due to hygiene reasons, certain skincare or beauty products **cannot be returned** if opened or used.

**🚚 Return Shipping:**  

- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs  

- We recommend using a tracked shipping method to avoid lost parcels
